Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at ddany908@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps and, if needed, provide a return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, and items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer, cannot be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
