Processing Your Order

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Areas

We ship to major countries and regions worldwide via SF Express.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs clearance and courier conditions.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders of $100 or more. Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance or force majeure events.
